Las fotos no están excelentes porque olvidé poner la cámara en alta resolución, mis disculpas. Mientras tanto, en medio vaso de leche echar el sobre de "preparado para cuajada" y deshacer bien los grumos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4º) Echar el vaso en la mezcla y remover hasta llevar a ebullición (generalmente sube mucho y salpica un poco, pero el proceso es así...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5º) Cuando hierva, retirar la olla del fuego, y tras unos segundos volver a colocarla y darle otro hervor rápido con el fuego alto (unos segundos).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6º) &lt;span id="1_messageHeaderCC" class="headerCC"&gt;Verter la mezcla en el molde caramelizado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="1_messageHeaderCC" class="headerCC"&gt;7º) Recubrir el pastel con las lenguas de gato. Formarán la base de la tarta al darle la vuelta. Es más cómodo de preparar. Se pincha cada capa del bizcocho con un tenedor para que absorba mejor el almíbar. Se emborracha la capa base del bizcocho y se vierte sobre ella el chocolate. Luego hacemos lo mismo con las otras capas del bizcocho. Cuando tengamos las tres capas emborrachadas y generosamente cubiertas de chocolate, acabamos de cubrir los lados de la tarta hasta que quede toda cubierta de chocolate. En el recipiente cerrado se cuecen las salchichas al vapor, para ello hay que echar agua sin sobrepasar la rejilla, que será donde reposen las salchichas. Para hacer el flan podemos optar por la olla express, 25 minutos, si el recipiente tiene cierre hermetico o al baño maria, 1 hora. Con olla express ademas de ser mas rapido, no tenemos que reemplazar el agua, cada 15 minutos aproximadamente al baño maria. Una vez cocinado, la mezcla tiene que haber cuajado y no estar liquida si la pinchamos. Lo dejamos reposar fuera de la nevera una hora y dentro dos horas mas. Para desmoldar el flan pasamos un cuchillo levemente por los bordes y giramos el recipiente con pequeñas sacudidas hasta que el flan se desprenda. Preparación de la bechamel:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Ingredientes: 1 l. de leche, sal, pimienta, nuez moscada, mantequilla, maicena.&lt;br /&gt;- Poner un poco de mantequilla en un cazo.&lt;br /&gt;- Añadir la leche, a excepción de un poco que utilizaremos para deshacer la maicena.&lt;br /&gt;- Añadir una pizca de sal, de pimienta y de nuez moscada.&lt;br /&gt;- Calentar la mezcla.&lt;br /&gt;- En un vaso o recipiente similar aparte, echar leche y deshacer la maicena (15 gr/250 ml de leche) dentro.&lt;br /&gt;- Añadir la leche con la maicena al cazo de leche caliente. Remover continuamente para que no se pegue.&lt;br /&gt;- Cuando empiece a hervir, apagar el fuego.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4. color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;El relleno:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 200ml de nata para cocinar (de la espesa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 6 lonchas de mozzarella&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 6 lonchas de queso suizo curado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 8 rodajas de queso de cabra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; Triturar los bizcochos de soletilla con un robot de cocina hasta pulverizarlos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2.-&lt;/span&gt; Triturar el chocolate también con el robot de cocina hasta que se haga una pasta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3.-&lt;/span&gt; Mezclar los bizcochos triturados, el chocolate rallado, la leche condensada y el ron hasta que esté bien amasado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4.-&lt;/span&gt; Poner en un cuenco los fideos de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5.-&lt;/span&gt; Coger un trocito de la masa que hemos hecho y darle forma con las manos hasta hacer una bolita.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;6.-&lt;/span&gt; Pasar la bolita por los fideos de chocolate y listo. Se cocinan las pechugas de pollo adobándolas con anterioridad con ajo, laurel, vino blanco, 1 caldo de gallina y con los condimentos que quiera, haciendo un consomé de pollo. Cuando ya estén listas se desmenuzan y se guarda el consomé.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2-&lt;/span&gt; Se prepara el guiso de tallo de apio y las cebollas sofreídos en mantequilla (al gusto), mas medio caldo de gallina,  se le agregan 3 pocillos de consomé de pollo aproximadamente mirando que no quede ni seco ni aguado, se deja que se cocine y se evapore un poco el guiso para que cojan sabor.&lt;br /&gt;Cuando ya se haya reducido un poco se le agrega la nata y se deja cocinar otro rato más. Luego se le agrega el pollo desmenuzado y se deja a fuego lento para que los ingredientes se incorporen (revolver para que se mezcle bien todo).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3-&lt;/span&gt; Se prepara el sobre de crema de champiñones con 3 pocillos de leche, mirar como diga la preparación de la sopa (Solo que es en leche, no lleva agua).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4- &lt;/span&gt;Luego tomamos las tortillas y le echamos el relleno del pollo en el centro colocando tiras del queso doble crema. Se cierran y se van armando en la refractaria previamente engrasada con mantequilla. Colocándolas boca abajo para que no se abran.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5-&lt;/span&gt; Luego cuando las tenga todas armadas se les agrega la crema de champiñones por encima y el queso parmesano.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;6-&lt;/span&gt; Llevamos al horno a 220 grados aprox. por un rato (20 a 30 minutos aprox.). La cebolla se añade cuando el aceite está caliente.
